Seedlip Spice

Seedlip Spice 94

We love Spice 94 for its sophisticated blend of allspice berries and cardamom with warm notes and a bit of earthy bitterness from high-quality oak and cascarilla barks, accented by grapefruit and lemon peels with a hint of peppercorns.

Pour 1.7 ounces of Spice 94 over 4.3 ounces of your choice of tonic water. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve in a highball glass over ice.

The Bitter Housewife Bitters and Soda

The Bitter Housewife Bitters & Soda

Made in Portland, Bitters & Soda is a combination of dried cherries and spices, like ginger, cinnamon and allspice. Combine it with Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters and locally made Hibisbloom Savannah Cinnamon Brew for a delicious drink.

Pour 6 ounces of Hibisbloom Savannah Cinnamon Brew and 6 ounces of the Bitter Housewife Bitters & Soda into two pint glasses. Top with a few dashes of Old Fashioned Aromatic Bitters, fill each glass with ice, give a gentle stir and garnish with a juicy peach or orange slice.

For Bitter For Worse Evas Spritz

For Bitter For Worse Eva’s Spritz

Also made in Portland, Eva’s Spritz is a bright and refreshing blend of rhubarb and 12 botanicals that’s excellent on its own or mixed.

Mix 2 ounces Eva’s Spritz with 1 ounce of Portland Syrups Rose Cordial and a generous squeeze of Meyer lemon, gently stir and pour into a flute. Garnish with a Meyer lemon twist. Serve chilled.
