Turkey (whole)
Preheat oven to 325⁰. Place turkey in pan, cover with parchment and foil and heat for 1½ hours. Remove cover and finish by basting with pan juices until desired color is reached (may take a total of 2+ hours depending on size). Internal temperature should reach 165⁰ on a meat thermometer. Or, slice cold and then reheat in the same fashion to quicken process (1 hour).

Light & Dark Meat Turkey Roast Turkey (small)
Preheat oven to 325⁰. Place turkey roast in pan, cover with parchment and foil and heat for 30 minutes. Uncover, baste with pan juices, continue heating to 165º internal temp, approx. 20 minutes more. Or, slice cold and reheat in the same fashion to quicken process (30 minutes total).

Apple Cider & Brown Sugar Glazed Ham
Preheat oven to 325⁰. Place ham in pan, cover with parchment and foil and heat for 1½ hours. Remove cover and finish to desired color by basting with ham glaze twice (may take a total of 2+ hours depending on size). Internal temperature should reach 165⁰ on a meat thermometer. Or, slice cold and then reheat in the same fashion to quicken process (1 hour).

Savory Lentil Wellington
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Place Wellington in baking dish or on sheet pan and cover lightly with foil. Bake 30-40 minutes until heated through. Alternately, Wellington in microwave-safe dish, cover lightly and heat on high 5-7 minutes.

Gravy
Heat gravy in a saucepan on stovetop for 10-15 minutes, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish, cover lightly and heat on high 6-8 minutes, stirring once.

Stuffing and Roasted Vegetables
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Place in baking dish or on sheet pan and cover tightly. Cook 30-40 minutes, until heated through. Alternately, place stuffing or roasted vegetables in microwave-safe dish, cover lightly and heat on high 5-7 minutes.

Chateau Potatoes and Mashed Potatoes
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Place in baking dish, cover and heat 25-30 minutes, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish, cover lightly and heat on high 6-8 minutes.

Creamed Spinach
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Remove creamed spinach from plastic container and place in a baking dish. Cover and heat 30-40 minutes, until heated through. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish, cover lightly and heat on high 6-8 minutes.

Green Beans and Brussels Sprouts
Preheat oven to 350⁰. Place in baking dish, cover and heat 20-25 minutes, until heated through. To microwave, place in safe dish and cover lightly. Alternately, place in microwave-safe dish, cover lightly and heat on high 6-8 minutes.

Cranberry Relish
Best served cold or at room temperature.
