Heat in oven-safe pan covered with parchment and foil at 325⁰ for 1½ hrs. Remove cover and finish browning to reach desired color by basting with pan juices. Internal temp should reach 165⁰ on a meat thermometer. Total reheating time will be 2+ hrs, depending on size. Or, slice cold and then reheat in same fashion to quicken process (approx. 1 hr).

Ham

Heat in oven-safe pan covered with parchment and foil at 325⁰ for 1½ hrs. Remove cover and finish cooking to desired doneness, basting with ham glaze at least twice. Internal temp should reach 165⁰ on a meat thermometer. Total reheating time will be 2+ hrs, depending on size. Or, slice cold and then reheat in same fashion to quicken process (1 hr).

Turkey Light and Dark Roast (small)

Heat in oven-safe pan covered with parchment and foil at 325⁰ for 30 min. Uncover, baste with pan juices, then continue heating until internal temp reaches 165⁰ on a meat thermometer (approx. 20 min more). Or, slice cold and reheat in same fashion to quicken process (30 min).

Prime Rib Roast

Heat in oven-safe pan covered with parchment and foil at 325⁰ until desired temperature is reached, confirmed with a meat thermometer: 130⁰ for medium rare (approx. 1+ hr), 140⁰ for medium. May be sliced and heated in hot au jus by dipping each slice quickly into simmering beef stock. Microwaving is not recommended.

Gravy

Stovetop: Heat in saucepan on stovetop over medium heat 10-15 min until heated through. Microwave: Place in microwave-safe dish and cover lightly with parchment. Heat on high 6-8 min, until heated through, stirring once.

Savory Vegan Lentil Wellington

Oven: Place in baking dish or on a sheet pan and cover lightly with foil. Heat at 350⁰ for 30-40 min, until heated through.
